Multi-Use Center

 

I___________________________, and the City of Santa Rosa Multi-Use Center do hereby covenant, contract, and agree as follows.     

 

1. 1. For the use of Meeting Room, Kitchen, Covered Area, Restroom or Arena,   we agree to pay the sum of $_____________ and deposit $______________to be returned when facility is checked by city employees.

 

2. We do hereby agree to indemnity, defend and hold harmless the City of Santa Rosa and the Santa Rosa Multi-Use Center, its officers, rental agent and employees from ant and all claims for personal injury or property damages claimed as a result of the use purported use of the premises.

 

3. We do hereby agree that alcoholic beverages shall not be allowed or served on or in the premises designated as City of Santa Rosa Multi-Use Center.

 

4. We do hereby agree to be responsible for all keys in our possession or pay the sum of $100.00 per key.

 

5. We do agree to be personally bound by the terms of this agreement.

 

6. This contract comprises the entire agreement between the parties and it may not be amended of altered unless done in writing and agreed by both parties.
