Annual Santa Rosa Days Celebration

Rosa's Park Lake Summer Season official opening. Fun for the whole family at Park Lake - Swimming, waterslide, pedal boats, canoes, Water Trikes. Food and Concession Booths, Contests for Kids, Kids Rock Climbing, Live Entertainment, Arts and Crafts Show.


New Mexico Route 66 Motor Tour
June 6th to 8th

Join the New Mexico Route 66 Association and car clubs from around the state as we travel New Mexico Historic Route 66 from Gallup to Tucumcari via the pre-1937 southern alignment through Los Lunas. Our tour is open to classic or contemporary cars,
travel trailers, and motorcycles. Everyone receives a tour packet with a detailed travel guide and the first 100 to register get a beautiful commemorative license plate!! With
t-shirts, lunch stops, raffle prizes, a drive-in movie, an optional awards banquet Saturday night and the Wheels on 66 Festival we have fun and photo ops for everyone.

Santa Rosa Annual Firecracker Tournament
July 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th

Classes D & E Softball Teams from around the state compete in a tournament that has become a 4th of July family favorite. There is a Free Fireworks Display at Park Lake on Thursday July 4th waterslides. Enjoy pedal boats, swimming and fishing.

2nd Annual City of Lakes Triathlon

USA Triathlon Sanctioned race event, Swim 800 meters – Bike 12 miles - Run 3.1 miles Swim at Twin Lakes, Bike a challenging course on Highway 91 as you Bike through Pecos River Canyons towards Puerto de Luna, NM Return to Twin Lakes. Run to Blue Hole.
